Team Game

Skins and Closest Split with Team

Sunday Game

On Sunday TOGA plays four player team format, with the best two scores counting on each hole. Scores are tallied in a plus minus format. Eagles are minus two, birdies are minus one, pars are even, boogies are plus one and double boogies are plus two.

Each player plays his/her ball to completion regardless of whether it is one of the best two scores counted. Any player picking up thier ball before completion of the hole shall recieve four over par for the hole

There is a $10.00 registration fee for this event, payable to TOGA. Greenfees are in addition and are payable to Deer Run. Each registration fee is added to the "Game Pot". The team with the lowest front nine score recieves one third of the "Game Pot", the team with the lowest back nine score recieves one third of the "Game Pot", and the team with the lowest combined front and back scores recieves one third of the "Game Pot". The monies that each team recieves, from the "Game Pot", is then diveded equally among the team members.

The amount of registered players determines the amount of teams. After the amount of teams have been determined, each team will be designated an  "A" player. "A" players will be the lowest handicap indexed players. The teams will than be drafted by the "A" players. The "A" player with ther highest handicap index will select first in each round untill all registered players have been selected.

In the event that there are not enough "D" players for all teams, the team with the lowest handicaped "A" player will play as a threesome, followed by the next lowest handicaped "A" player followed by the third lowest handicaped "A" player. Teams playing as a threesome will have the score of the last player selected added to their scorecard before determining thier results. That "D" player shall recieve monies from only one team, the team which earns the largest payout.

If all teams have four players, starting times and holes shall be determined by random draw. If there are threesomes, the lowest handicap indexed "A" player shall go off first followed by the next lowest and etc.

In addition to the registration fee there is a $5.00 fee for a "Closest to the Pin Game" and a $5.00 fee for a "Skins Game". All players must participate in both games on Sunday. All monies earned by any player on a team will be divided equaly among all players on that team.

There are five par three's at Deer Run. A team winning a "Closest to the Pin Game' shall recieve one fifth of the "Pin Money".

The "Skin Money" shall be devided by the total amount of  "Good Skins", and then that amount will be paid for each good skin.

A good skin is a birdie or better and do not have to be qualified.
